Visual Diary Project

I am going to see how long I can keep writing and illustrating in a visual diary every day.
I'm going to practice mindfulness  and
enjoy the process.
Focus on each day and see how it goes.
You may or may not  be able to read the words.
I am colouring them with my photos in photoshop.

If you want to join in feel free.
I run visual diary classes from my workshop in Clayton Road, Rotorua, New Zealand.
All you have to do is phone 346-3435  and pay for some sessions to start you off.
$35.00 a session plus your diary pens and pencils.
Vacancies open Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday mornings.

I'll show you the easy, fun, no stress way to create your visual diaries.

It is possible to write in your diary and publish it so no-one can read it. You know what you wrote and the process of doing so releases toxic thoughts from your body.
The trick may be to not have the toxic thoughts to begin with but that is a work in progress for most of us.
Deal with whatever you have churning inside you and set it free by writing it out then focusing on what you are grateful for.

Three things to be grateful for today are.
1. My lovely husband bought me the latest subscription to photoshop for my laptop for Christmas.
2. I bought myself a recliner so I can relax in my outdoor lounge area.
3. We have resurrected the dinghy and are going out on adventures to all the lakes in the Rotorua area.

Positive thought for the day.
