Zombie Walk 2013 Rotorua

Layla Robinson the chief organiser of the Rotorua Zombie walk Labour Weekend, Saturday 26th October, New Zealand

with her partner Robert and baby Dexter

Everyone walked through Rotorua's Tutanekai Street roaring and collecting money from onlookers

A great way to raise money for Brain injury victims

Even people dressed up their dolls

All ages and races were welcome

Crowd control was very well managed

Karen Hansen organised a Zombie Ball on the Lakeland Queen afterwards.

A lot came from Victoria Costume Hire

The make up was done by professionals in a room in the sound shell

Plenty of photographers following the event both professional and amateur.

The Zombie run

The Zombie dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller

Dancing to Poi I

Prize givingfor best dressed individuals families etc.

Each year more items are added like the addition of Poi I  and the Zombie Ball. People come along in amazing costumes, and participated with real enthusiasm.
As long as Layla has the energy and passion for it the Zombie Walk will become a bigger and bigger event.

What an inspirational  vision and such a kind thing to do from the depth of her heart, with voluntary help from all of her supporters.
